André Fernandes was born in Lisbon, on February 1st, 1991. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences at the age of 21, at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities - New University of Lisbon.

His first book - Aunt Guida - was published when he was 22 years old. It's a book about cancer, for those who have it and for those who see them having it. More than a book about cancer, it is a book about love. Andre's been spreading its message in schools around his country in inspirational talks and he will soon be going abroad with the same goal in mind.

He started his own talk-show on YouTube. It is called A+ and it is based on the belief that Life is a School and that we are all here to teach and to learn from each other. Soon, he will be publishing his second book, where he talks about every important lesson he learned in his first quarter of life.
